What is the minimum stay?
We book from two nights. Longer stays have their own terms — just write to us.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service with a keypad code, from 13:00. Check-out is by 12:00. You receive the code and full instructions before you arrive. This matters in Kyiv: there is a curfew from 00:00 to 05:00, so being able to arrive at any hour is useful.
How do I find the entrance?
The building has two entrances: a main one with a reception desk and a rear one with a second reception. It is a large building, so please look at the instructions we send in advance — they include a photo of the right entrance.
Can I book for a month or longer?
Yes. Longer stays have their own terms — write to us and we will quote you.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, we provide supporting documents for expense reporting. Guests travelling for work or on behalf of an organisation often need this.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are agreed directly, with no platform commission. Write to us on whichever channel suits you.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking within the complex, and an electric-vehicle charger.
