Not a hotel, and not a random flat
Victory is five apartments we look after ourselves, in a residential tower on Beresteiskyi Avenue. Not a chain and not an agency: one family, five flats in the same building, and seven years of hosting guests.
All five are finished identically, and on purpose: the same 200×200 cm bed, the same kitchen, the same standard of cleaning. You know what you are getting, whichever one happens to be free on your dates.
The building is a five-minute walk from Kyiv Central Railway Station. Now that almost everyone reaches Kyiv by train, that matters: you step off the platform and a few minutes later you are home, at any hour.

What is the minimum stay?
We book from two nights. Longer stays have their own terms — just write to us.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service with a keypad code, from 13:00. Check-out is by 12:00. You receive the code and full instructions before you arrive. This matters in Kyiv: there is a curfew from 00:00 to 05:00, so being able to arrive at any hour is useful.
How do I find the entrance?
The building has two entrances: a main one with a reception desk and a rear one with a second reception. It is a large building, so please look at the instructions we send in advance — they include a photo of the right entrance.
Can I book for a month or longer?
